Gratitude helps you appreciate what you have and shows to you that there is goodness in your life. It also makes you feel satisfied and content with what you already have.

When you have a positive mindset, you will be able to salvage any situation by seeing the good in things in them, or in spite of them. Maintaining a positive mindset also encourages a good attitude.

A smile is very contagious. Why not spread that curve of happiness around more often? Letting out a genuine smile makes you and everyone who sees it feel better.

 EAT HEALTHY MEALS

If eating can influence how you feel, then the more you should strive to eat healthy. Not only will this affect your body, but it also affects your capacity to choose and feel happy.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE

I know we like to be with people who tell us positive things about us, but we should also surround ourselves with people who can point out where we are wrong. Not to put us down, but to teach us a lesson.
