Egg Cartons Recycling Projects

I just recently saw a handful of egg cartons in my parents’ house. My mom regularly purchases organic eggs from her friend, thereby accumulating quite a handful of egg cartons over time. These have piled up on top of our hutch.

This led me to thinking… hmmm… what can we do with those egg cartons? Because it’s a pity to just throw them!

And so here goes this post…

1. Use egg cartons to start seeds.

I’ve tried this before, so this is on top of my list! Start your seeds in egg cartons.

Egg cartons already have these little cups perfect for holding a little amount soil, quite enough to germinate seeds.
