When we constantly compare ourselves to others, we are no longer living our lives on our own terms.

6. Quit being a multi-tasker.
You can’t do everything at one time – you are not a machine and you only have one brain to do all the thinking.
Doing multiple tasks at the same time means you are not giving enough attention to each task.
Multi-taskers think they are being more productive when in fact, they are just overworking their brain and giving themselves more stress. In fact, it lowers your IQ and can even damage your brain!
You don’t want that, do you?
